Refund policy

Paid plans for dsign.so are sold by our reseller, the merchant of record for every order — named at checkout and on your receipt. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.

14 days to change your mind

If dsign.so isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan — monthly or yearly — and you'll get it back in full. No questions, no forms.

Renewals

Plans renew automatically at the end of each period. Renewals aren't refunded, except where the law requires it — so cancel before the renewal date if you don't want the next one. If a renewal went through by mistake, write to us within 14 days and we'll look at it kindly.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing in the app, or from the link in your receipt. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for and isn't renewed after it.

How to ask

Email rizkiagus.design@gmail.com with the email you paid with, or reply to your receipt. Refunds are usually back with you within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
