By using dsign.so you agree to these terms. They're short, and written to be read.

Using dsign.so

dsign.so is in beta. It's free to use while it is, and features may change, be added or be taken away. Some features will later be part of a paid plan; we'll say so before you pay for anything.

What's yours

• The words you write, your brand and the posts you make are yours. We keep them only to run the service for you.
• You may use the templates in the posts you make with dsign.so, for your own brand or a client's.
• Free photos come from Unsplash, Pexels and Openverse, under their licences. dsign.so shows who made each one; keep that credit where their licence asks for it.

What you agree not to do

• Make anything unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights — including logos and brands that aren't yours to use.
• Try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for what's made in your account. You can stop using dsign.so at any time, and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). We may close accounts that break these terms.

No warranty

dsign.so is provided as it is, without warranties. Check your posts before you publish them — copy is written by AI and can be wrong. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using it.
